Our chef Maxime Grangeon is pleased to offer you his homemade cooking, with fresh and local products, favouring sustainable agriculture to highlight the producers and specialities of our region.
He studied at the Ferrandi school and then worked in several fine establishments in Paris, he is a native of the region and has also worked with Matthieu De Lauzun.
Inspired by his travels in Japan and abroad, he revisits the classics of French cuisine with a few spices from the routes he has taken.
